Shipping policy

Once an order is placed it takes 2-4 days to process all orders due to high demand. Upon finishing everything it’s taken to the post office. After we’ve dropped off all orders it’ll take a day or less to receive updates via email or your tracking number. 

Premade items; Shipping usually takes 5-10 days.

preordered items; Shipping usually takes 3-4 weeks. We will update you every week about your preordered item every week.

For exchanges; Email us at: thuggaclothing@gmail.com exchanges only are done if your item is damaged. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
